What do you need before you start cutting back?
Here are the basics you need in order to reduce sugar consumption:You’ll need a blender, a bowl and a spoonThe best way to make this recipe is with a food processor.
You’ll also need a small bowl of water, sugar and a small amount of flour.
This will make it easy to mix the ingredients together and mix until they form a dough.
The dough can then be rolled out and refrigerated for up to four hours, or frozen for up, 24 hours or up to two months.
Here’s what it looks like:Mix all the ingredients into a bowl, then add a bit of water and stir until they all form a ball.
It’s important that you do this very slowly, so that you don’t over mix the dough.
If it starts to form too thick, add a little more water to thicken it.
This will give the dough a better shape, but don’t be alarmed if it seems a bit dry.
The dough will absorb all the water and be easier to shape.
You can use the dough in your own baking, or freeze it for up one month and then cut it into smaller pieces.

You could try cutting down your sugar, or making a diet plan.
