On Tuesday, the New York Yankees made a rare public appearance for the fourth time in five weeks, giving players the opportunity to get back to work after playing only five games in late November and early December.
In addition to showing off a new workout plan, the players also addressed a number of issues facing the team this season.
First off, they gave players a chance to get to know each other.
The team’s new trainer, Dr. Dov Hikind, had been working with players in recent weeks to figure out how to best interact with the players.
The players’ first interaction was a 30-minute video presentation that featured a few quick shots of the players and their equipment.
The presentation featured a trainer and players in a full workout, complete with the team’s signature ball park and a team locker room.
The trainers did a quick demo of their work, with players being led through drills and working on different lifts.
They also had a little fun with a couple of the guys’ equipment.
One player wore a pair of cleats and the other a pair, which were made of leather.
The first workout was more of a short session than the second.
This time, they didn’t put the players through an endurance workout.
Instead, the trainers gave them a full run through the gym.
It was the first time in years the team allowed players to do a full fitness workout.
During that workout, the coaches did drills on various exercises, including squats and deadlifts.
There was a variety of different variations of these exercises, as well as different sets of reps.
One thing that really impressed me was the way the players were able to do this type of work and come up with these different sets.
It made me really proud to be a part of it, said Yankees pitcher Mike Trout.
They did also give the players a short walk through the clubhouse, which was a big surprise for them, because it was so new for them.
I thought it was really fun, said teammate Aaron Hicks.
They were very receptive to their feedback and really liked what they saw.
The workouts were a great learning experience for everyone, said general manager Brian Cashman, and it’s important for them to get their bodies in shape to go out there and perform in the big leagues.
I think this will be a great way for them and the players to see how they fit in the clubhouse.
It’s been a real great learning process for everybody.
The Yankees are in a playoff position and have two games left in the regular season, and the team has a chance at making the playoffs if it plays to its best potential.
It will be interesting to see if the workouts helped the team stay focused on the task at hand and how well the players responded to the program.
